The Users page lets admins search, view, and act on every community member. Capabilities depend on your RBAC role — Managers can adjust balances and gift rewards, Viewers see read-only.
  • Search by username, email, or user ID (#1294).
  • Filter by status (verified, anonymous, archived), role, loyalty tier.
  • Pagination fixed in #1317 — page state persists across navigation.
  • Rewards column in the table (#1356) — at-a-glance view of how many rewards each member has claimed.

Per-user actions

Click any member row to open their profile. From there:

Rewards tab

Per-user Rewards tab (#704) shows:
  • All rewards earned or gifted.
  • Redemption status per reward.
  • Source (challenge, gift, drop).

Mapped Variables tab

The Mapped Variables / Questions tab (#1578) shows every question action the member has submitted with their raw answer. Useful for customer-support triage and personalisation.

Adjust Points / XP

For Managers and above: adjust the member’s balance directly (#1006). See Points & XP.

Delete user

Permanent delete (#1006) — removes the member’s profile, balance, and wallet. Not recoverable. Prefer Archive unless you need legal/compliance data removal.

Bulk actions

Select multiple members and:
  • Add users to a community (#696)
  • Remove users from a community (#696)
  • Delete users (Admin+ only)
  • Bulk adjust points/XP (#1006)
  • Export selected rows to CSV
See Bulk User Actions for the full bulk operations guide.

Community scope

All user data is community-scoped (#1011) — a member in Community A and a member in Community B are separate records, even if they’re the same human. Challenge completions, reward wallets, and variable answers don’t cross community boundaries. Org-level admin roles (Admin, SuperAdmin) see every user across every community; community-scoped roles only see users in their assigned communities.
